We are currently recruiting for our client, a dedicated and disruptive innovation driven software application company, for a 1) Quality Optimization Manager and 2) Service Delivery Lead (Automotive) to join their business in Sante Fe, Mexico.

This respective department selects high value-added products, services and tools and leverage these solutions globally to enable rapid growth and market presence.

Responsibilities:
- Blending both automotive technical parts expertise and strategic/analytical consulting together, to ensure and optimize the Data Development, a leading asset of our client.
- Creating a maximum of value from Data Development extracted from automotive OEM’s for our clients’ internal and external customers, related to automotive parts and components
- Develop the strategy to extract value from data development and continuous improvement of Data Quality
- Create and maintain the strategy for the Data Development Architecture
- Benchmark state-of- the-art data development solutions across multiple departments, as a hopper for future developments
- Enforce policies for effective data management
- Oversee the transformation related to Data Improvement including guide Projects
- Monitor and analyse information and data systems and evaluate their performance to discover ways of enhancing them (new technologies, upgrades etc.)

Qualification
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related
- Strong automotive collision, repair, car safety, or parts practical experience
- Good understanding of market trends related to the automotive after-sales space, including all stakeholders (Insurance, Body Shops, OEMs, Resellers, Dealers, etc)
- 5+ years in a technical advisory, business consulting, or strategy role - within the automotive industry
- Recent experience taking ownership of large projects delivery is highly preferred
- Fantastic analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong passion for accuracy
- Past experience partnering or working within a large international management team
- Excellent English written and language skills
