Quantity Surveyor - MRICS - 3 months
An opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work in a public sector organisation in Aberdeen. You will ensure effective delivery of cost management services on construction projects, advise the project team on which form of contract to use and the preferred procurement strategy to be implemented on construction projects and provision of all construction cost control duties from RIBA stage A - L
Essential Skills:
- Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
- Evidence of extensive experience of providing cost management services on medium to major size projects
- Experience of working with CAD drawings and measurement
- Experience of using benchmarking techniques to develop project budgets
