Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager - Resourcing, Demand Planning
London, up to £500 per day
My client are a leading bank who are looking for a Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager to proactively manage the demand of change resources within the client's change portfolio. The Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager will be working in a fast paced environment amidst challenging stakeholders and will be responsible for managing over 10 of them.
The Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager will work with project manager, programme managers and operational stakeholders to bring change forward. The present change portfolio has more than 16 new pieces of demand every week and have limited resources. Therefore the Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager will understand resourcing availability by working with Project Managers to understand when people are rolling on/off and provide the business with an operational view of when they can put resource on change and when project lands.
The Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager will ensure that the skills and capacity of the change team are fully utilised, the development objectives of their change team are supported and identified, and the change requirements are met in a timely manner.
To succeed in this role, the Resourcing PMO/Resourcing Manager will have previous experience in a resourcing demand planning role and be able to provide a high level of stakeholder management. Along with this, they should be able to review business cases and ascertain if they are legitimate or not and prioritise project(s) accordingly.
