Description
Gravitas are currently recruiting on behalf of a key client - looking for an interim Finance Director to start ASAP - in London.
The role is an important addition to their Executive Team - at a key point in their year financially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Year end is almost complete. However the organisation are mid way through their move to becoming a Registered Provider. Financials Plans and Loan arrangement information still needs to be completed for this to move forward
- The organisation are also part way through a bid to cement an agreement with the council to confirm the a contract on new services
- Looking after the day to day operational running of the Finance Department
Essential:
- You must have extensive experience within an FD position - with a demonstrable track record in:
* Driving efficiency's
* Financial Analysis
* Executive Reporting
* Operational day to day management
* Man - management (this role will only have two direct reports, and will report directly in to the Chief Exec
- You must have a track record in delivery for helping nurture business opportunities
- You must have experience working within a diverse, and complex organisation
- You must be able to bring a certain level of energy to the table - whilst being adaptable and very much a solution provider
Highly Desirable:
- Any experience within the Housing sector will stand out
