Description
IT Project Manager - AML / Financial Crime Compliance wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.Your experience/skills:
- Graduate degree in IT, computer science or related subject, alternatively an equivalent education
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) as well as expertise in vendor relationship management
- 12+ years of working experience in IT industry, 8+ years in project management and 4+ years in financial industry (preferably in Compliance-IT)
- Proficiency in an FCC tool such as Oracle Mantas or Actimize and good understanding of ALM, FCC concepts in the areas such as transaction monitoring, risk assessment, KYC/CDD/EDD/OFAC, sanctions screening, fraud, suspicious activity reporting, pattern analysis, etc.
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Managing multiple projects, global business stakeholders and technology teams
- Working closely with business and lead requirements elicitation, gap analysis, issue prioritization and resolution
- Ensuring compliance of risk management procedures, systems, and policies
- Establishing and supervising global teams and managing user acceptance testing
- Contributing effective and prompt solutions to the FCC business and regulatory needs
