n Responsible for company IT service category procurement strategy development: Develop global category procurement strategies, including the procurement strategy, methodology, cost management strategy, supplier development strategy, and quality management strategy.

Professional Related Working Experience
Thorough understanding of procurement process.
Strong understanding of IT integration and managed service industry.
At least 12 years' experience in IT service procurement field, and have a strong business background such as IT solution sales, IT solution development, IT project management, etc.
It is preferred if working in IT procurement department of IBM, HP, Accenture, Ericsson, AMDOCS and other industry-leading firms in the past three years.
Strong ability of coordination/communication/business negotiation/project management, with keen insight and understanding, visionary, analytical.
Base location in Shenzhen, China, be able to travel around the world according to the work arrangement.
Qualification Requirements
Education: At least 4 year university degree.
MBA experiences will be in priority
Language Skills: English
