Communications Campaign Manager
Our financial services client requires a contract Comms Manager for an initial period of 6 months to run all 1:1 marketing communications activity for a large customer centric project.
You will be responsible for working with thrid parties, agencies, analysts, the customer comms working group, marketing and the Head of CRM to develop and manage all customer comms requirements. You will be responsible for evaluating concepts, creating briefs, ensuring all comms are translated into appropriate, valuable campaign plans, controlling the allocated budget and building successful working relationships with agencies. In order to be successful in this role, we need you to have the following experience:
* A qualification in marketing
* Experience of developing customer communications strategy
* Aptitude for analysis, evaluation and planning
* Experience of 1:1 customer comms
* Experience of working in financial services or a heavily regulated industry
* Experience of delivering projects/campaigns to timescale and budget.
