Essential Criteria
6 months experience in a Customer Service based role
For the new Working hours of 42.5 hrs per week
Under 25&rsquos
SA2 > £14806 going to £15306 after 16 week probation
SA3 > £15534 going to £15854 after 16 week probation
Over 25&rsquos
SA2 > £15912 going to £16412 after 16 week probation
SA3 > £15912 going to £16412 after 16 week probation

Our Springvale contact centre is home to more than 500 employees working on a variety of contact campaigns for many leading brands. The site is located close to Belfast City Centre, with great public transport links into the City and surrounding areas.
