Main Duties and Responsibilities
The role holder will undertake a number of the above activities on a daily basis all involving investigation, analysis and prevention of fraud losses at the expense of our customers.
As a Senior Fraud Agent your main responsibilities will involve:
- Dealing with fraud cases on a daily basis which require an investigation and resolution.
- Detecting potential fraud and preventing and further fraudulent activity with Barclays.
- Dealing with frontline fraud queries consisting of other banks reporting fraud spend into a Barclays account, victims of fraud who require attention, other internal areas requiring fraud advice on a customer with whom they have been dealing.
- Investigating online payments to ensure these are legitimate transactions.
As a Senior Fraud Agent your skills and qualifications will include:
- Attention to detail
- Experience with dealing with customers
- Previous fraud experience would be advantageous
