Finance Director - Interim - 6-month Contract
Contract - 6+ Month Contract, High Possibility of Extension - Highly Competitive Daily Rates
Finance Director with strong skills in the management of financial strategy, reporting, financial controls, risk management and treasury required by leading Housing Association based in Central London. The Finance Director will hold responsibility for a cross-disciplined team of management accountants, financial accountants and transactional finance as well taking responsibility for small teams within IT and Legal.
Essential Experience:
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CCAB) Accountant
- Proven experience of operating and influencing at board level within the Housing industry
- 5+ years' experience post qualification experience
- Experience in the management of cross-functional finance staff in reporting, budgeting, forecasting, management information etc..
- Energy, drive and enthusiasm
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with management at all levels
Desirable:
- Experience management of non-Finance teams (especially IT/Governance).
