Position Title: Network Planning Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Network insight: insight into the MBB user experience and networks, discover network bottlenecks and pain points, and furthermore find the marketing opportunities and threats.
- Network planning: establish network planning objectives according to network construction standard, custom customized wireless solutions to iterate network planning, achieve the user experience enhancement.
- Network and business consulting: build new consulting topics based on the new services, technologies and scenes.
- Responsible for multi-RAT wireless network planning of company-level major projects, output planning program, provide network construction consulting to middle or high-level customers.
- Deep insight into the network characteristics and development trends, make long-term development plan which have influence on customer's strategy, and guide the network development and evolution for the next 3 to 5 years.
- Output the long-term network evolution planning to help customers plan for mid or long-term budget.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- 15+ years experience in wireless network planning, optimization, solution design, network consulting or commercial consulting.
- 10+ large scale projects experience of planning or consulting crossover products and domains.
- Solid understanding in wireless theory and technology, including GSM/UMTS/LTE FDD+TDD.
(If the applicant is outstanding in commercial consulting, the requirement of wireless technology can be easier, the basic theory of wireless communication is enough).
- Be able to travel globally on business.
