La risorsa avra' forti skills sia nel change management che nell'organizzazione dei processi aziendali.
Change Manager required urgently, the Change Manager will have strong experience in analysing the workload within departments, AS-IS and TO BE, assess the impacts that different ERP and Non-ERP systems will have on the business on a macro scale, organizational process mapping. Some of the Systems already in place are: SAP, Agile, CRM Salesforce etc.
The Change Manager will have responsibilities in engaging with the main stakeholders in order to provide solid and sound advises on the ramifications that this SAP implementation will have on the business and its users.
