Description
A leading further education consultancy is seeking finance director calibre individuals who have:
- Worked in a relevant senior finance role
- Qualified chartered accountant
- Experience of significant change and restructuring programmes
- Experience of developing financial models for new organisations
- Able to actually carry out accountancy tasks like preparation of financial forecasts, balance sheets, cash flows
- Ability to prepare management accounts
- Experience of working with banks on loans
- Experience of merging two or more organisations
- Ability to undertake project management roles
Ideally candidates will come from a further education background, but suitably experienced individuals from outside the sector will be welcomed.
