SAP HCM Consultant (Italian Speaking)
Our client, a multinational company operating within the manufacturing industry, is looking for Italian Speaking SAP HCM candidate for a 10 weeks project (2.5 months) based in Milan, Italy.
The purpose of the project is to facilitate client-facing knowledge capture workshops and create high quality Standard Operating Procedures (SoPs).
Responsibilities:
- To facilitate client-facing knowledge capture and SoP review workshops
- To effectively manage the relationship with the client SMEs
- To document processes
- To interrogate process quality and analyse FMEA, CTQ, SLA's, Compliance (Internal/External) etc.
- To respond to internal review feedback from Quality and Functional Lead in timely manner
- Timely reporting of status, risks and issues ie daily
- To capture process improvement ideas for their respective service lines
Skills Requirements:
- Skill: SAP HCM;
- Experience: Min 3 years. + with SAP HCM/HR;
- Start date: 5th September 2016;
- End date: 11 November 2016;
- Duration: 10 weeks (2.5 months);
- Languages Required: Fluent Italian; Excellent English;
- Location: Milan, Italy;
- Additional Travelling: None;
