Communications Manager
My client, a market leader, is currently looking for a communication manager to be heavily involved with customer contact and marketing campaigns.
The role will involve:
*Liaising with the product and regulatory teams to ensure compliance
*Lead the development of the quarterly/annual customer contact plans
*Manage the delivery of these contact plan
*Manage internal stakeholders and external agencies
*Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise and improve performance.
The successful candidate will have significant experience delivering campaigns across multiple channels and relevant marketing qualifications such as CIM and IDM.
