The role of the General Manager requires:
Essential Skills Qualification:
1. Educated to Masters level or equivalent of experience working at a senior level in specialist area
2. Previously responsible for a budget, involved in budget setting and working knowledge of financial processes
3. Senior operational management of high volume complex service
4. Change management and service improvement experience
5. Must be able to provide and receive highly complex, sensitive or contentious information, negotiate with senior stakeholders on difficult and controversial issues, and present complex and sensitive information to large and influential groups.
Desirable: Previous Continuing Healthcare experience would be an advantage
