Senior Business Analyst – Pharmaceutical – Roadmap - English – Basel – SwitzerlandNextlink is having an existing position as Senior Business Analyst for global projects in Basel, Switzerland.
You will work together with the Team that is managing this project, in order to help define a medium-long term IT roadmap.
You will perform analytical and conceptual activities to an accounted solution portfolio against internal business customers.
You will provide consultancy and support in defining and documenting the outcome of strategic analysis, by working on your own, but also by taking part in meetings with the IT team and business representatives.
Tasks:
• Developing business-specific organizational solutions
• Focusing in particular on process organization and single tasks
Requirements:
• Senior-level experience (+8 years) in business analysis in the pharmaceutical industry, at both strategic and tactical level
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong synthesis and presentation skills
• Business process modelling skills
• Able to document business cases
• Able to gather and document business and IT requirements
• Experience in defining IT roadmaps
• Experience in interacting with senior management
• Proven track of records (mandatory)
• Previous experiences with IT roadmaps for a pharma company
• Goal-oriented / Teamwork-oriented
• Able to deal with a steep learning curve about the scope of the assessment and to become productive in a very short time
• English language: full professional proficiency (both spoken and written)
Workload: can vary between 40% and 50%
