We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company to support their project in China.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support for major MS delivery projects in Establishment, Transition, Transformation.
- Ensure the delivery strategy and directive alignment, and to build a strong and sustainable MS operations.
- Coach the local MS Director in Huawei MS delivery best practice; Transfer knowledge to the local operation team.
- Support the local team to analyze the AS­IS status, and output the transformation solution and plan, help the local team to standardize the operation and execute the transformation plan to reach the P&L target.
- Provide support for major MS presale projects.
- Participate in senior customer meetings and presentation, Due Diligence exercise, Delivery solution development, contract negotiation and risks management.
- Consolidate MS experiences in the field, produce Transition/Transformation process, guidebook and tools, develop training materials and case studies to share with the whole MS organization and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Qualifications/Skills Required:
- At least 8 years practical experience in Telecommunications industry. Familiar with O&M management of Telecom Operators or Managed Services operations of telecom vendors; Candidates familiar with wireless network O&M are preferred.
- At least 5 years large project/dept management experience with good track records - Candidates with overseas key project management experience or possess PMP certificate are preferred.
- Expertise in one or more of the following areas: NOC operation, Field maintenance, network performance management, eTom/ITIL, OSS/IT, IN/VAS, resource transfer management (people and asset).
- Mature and positive attitudes? strong sense of quality? able to work well in a fast­paced, multi­culture dynamic environment. Energetic and studious? be able to travel frequently with short notice and work overseas.
- Possess good interpersonal communications and negotiation skills. Be able to work as a team member, have good coordination and organizing skills.
- Excellent written, oral and listening skills in English and at least one local language. Chinese language is a big plus.
