Description:
- Read and understand all closing/lender documents, including HUD 1 settlement statements/closing disclosures and deeds.
- Answer phone calls related to closing issues such as commitment changes, escalated vesting issues, escrow questions, etc.
- Act as a liaison between our internal teams and clients.

- Knowledge of title issues and acceptable resolutions
- Strong written communication skills
- Motivated, positive team player
- Ability to problem solve and interact with all levels of the team
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
