Genesys Contact centre.
Our client is implementing a transformation project and is looking for an experienced Business Analyst who has worked with contact centre (and ideally with a good understanding of the Genesys product suite). Capable of taking user requirements and translating those into detailed specs.
Background in either telecom or utility sector. MUST be able to work in both English AND French - this is mandatory!
