Templeton and Partners are currently searching for a Change Owner to be responsible for a Data Governance implementation for one of our clients in the financials industry based in Denmark.
The contract will be for an initial6 months but the program has plans to run until 2018.
Knowledge of Data Governance including Data Governance Standards, Data Validation framework both for Programme mode and BAU, and Data Management Target Operating Models.
A confident, credible and persuasive communication style
Ability to work across organisational borders, using your diplomatic and communications skills to influence decisions, managing stakeholders at all levels.
Highly cooperative attitude, good at connecting with people and reaching out proactively.
Solution orientated, with a pragmatic can do' approach to overcoming challenges.
Experience of leading high profile and complex change programmes, and empowering the line organisation to buy into and perform smoothly within the new set-up.
Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
Motivated to work in an organisation that is undergoing substantial growth and change.
University degree or equivalent experience.
