Sopra Steria Recruitment is working in partnership with a major public sector in the UK. We are currently recruiting Customer Insight Researcher/Manager for 3 months contract initially with possible extension.
Experience Required:
- Customer Insight expertise required
- Ability to use the information required to inform business decisions and delivery of services
Desirable:
- Customer segmentation work
- Behavioural insight and science experience
- Mixed background public and private
- Overall objective, better understanding of customer base for the client to aid in the reform pland- do the analysis development.
