Management Consultant/Project Manager required for a project with a leading bank in Stockholm, Sweden.

Description:
The Financial Crime Change Programme (FCCP) is a group-wide strategic programme, which has a top-priority for the board and the bank.
The target state is a global standard for mitigating financial crime and the programme's outcome will affect all current and potential customers as well as most services and products the bank offers.
The FCCP Sanctions Compliance work-stream is now looking for a Senior Project Manager to deliver on the objectives for the Optimize Screening Parameters project.
The key objective is to establish a sustainable operating model that enables the bank to minimise false hits from their sanctions screening, while ensuring no impact on customer satisfaction with their services. The focus is to ensure the effectiveness and also the efficiency of their parameter setting.
The project scope includes implementation of an operating model and to execute on optimisation initiatives. The operating model is on a high level defined in the bank's Financial Crime Operating Model.
Optimisation will cover analysis and changes to algorithms, screening logic and normalisation approach. The optimisation initiative includes a number of small and potentially larger initiatives that will enhance our parameter setting.
The goal of the project is to have the new capabilities in true operation in the line organisation and to have met the optimisation targets.
You will be leading a small team of both junior and experienced people sited in the Nordics, work closely with a project responsible business partner and IT partner.
You will report to the Sanctions Compliance work-stream lead.

We expect you to match the following characteristics:

Required
- PM seniority on IPMA B-level or comparable
- Extensive experience from data analytics, Business Intelligence or similar
- International project management experience
- Compliance project experience, preferably within Sanctions or AML/CTF

Expected
- Extensive experience from business change and implementation of operating models.
- Strong in communication and stakeholder management
- Strong in building highly efficient teams with agile methods and techniques
- Efficient in handling ambiguity
- Very strong self-drive

English is the only language required for this role.
