An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employee Relations Consultant to cover a 6 month interim contract. The purpose of this role is to act as the Employee Relations Specialist supporting the implementation and delivery of organisational change.
You will provide advice on diverse and complex Employee Relations matters in relation to organisational change. Work with managers and relevant HR departments to create and develop the most pragmatic and risk managed processes.
To be successful in role you will hold the following preferred knowledge and experience:
- Extensive experience working as an employee relations specialist within the UK, in a fast paced business environment
- Experience of advising on ER matters arising from organisational change/restructuring
- Experience in undertaking consultations with collective employee bodies such as Trade Unions Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrable ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Ability to deal with multiple deadlines and prioritise effectively and accurately
- Demonstrable ability to apply employment law knowledge
- CIPD Qualified is desired but not essential
