You will be working within our client’s Global Technical Services Department based in Shenzhen and reporting to Delivery Director.
Responsibilities:
- To support the build of a leading delivery support platform to deliver the transition from CT to IT and OTT, improve service delivery competence through process optimization, adoption of best practice, knowledge sharing and project support.
- Based on the changing of the business’ requirements in telecommunication industry, develop a delivery platform to support transition from CT to IT based on process definition and optimization, industry best practice and knowledge sharing
- Support key projects, share knowledge and provide relative training and coaching. The scope includes but is not limited to:
-- Support major delivery projects globally
-- Implement the program management methodology and tools, knowledge transfer through the best practice.
- Our client intends to launch a program designed improve program management competence, delivery capability in Key accounts, IT and OTT solution design and improve capability to deliver these solutions.
- Considering the company’s overall strategic development demands and industry insight, provide strategic plan and constructive ideas to develop the delivery of SP & BP, and effectively guide the execution of SP & BP related work.
- Ensuring the development of implementation strategies and achieving the goals by influencing relevant stake holders, integrating related resources.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Over 10years Operator or Vendor working experience, CTO or CIO experience will be perfect.
- A deep understanding of the strategy of how to transform from CT to IT and to OTT.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Global travelling is required
- Fluency in English, Mandarin skill is preferred.
