Description
Incident coordinator:
To restore the flow, ie assure issue gets worked on and communication is proper.
There after analyse root cause and identify problems to assure issue gets fixed for good.
Reporting and analysis is key
Documentation, communication needs to be strong
Classify, coordinate and communicate to business and/or technology - including escalation if needed
Reporting KPI related to incidents
Work with operations to create report (status and progress), incl control over operational execution and processes and procedures
Weekly/monthly management reporting
Working with thirds parties (manhattan consultants, 3PL)
