Contracts Manager- Stakeholder/MCIPS/Tenders/Subcontract/Public Sector

Rate: £350 - £380 p/d

The Job:
Morson International is actively seeking to recruit Subcontract Manager with experience with managing all Subcontract activities for a contract role with one of our high profile Clients based in Guildford.
Experience
* Managing all subcontract activities eg running tenders, subcontract drafting and negotiation;
* Experience within a management or financial accounting role, including understanding of the public spending control framework and preparing annual financial statement;
* Experience of managing transactional financial services, preferably in a shared services environment
* Experience of successfully establishing and managing subcontracts in large framework projects.
