Senior IT Applications Project Manager - Pharmaceutical
Leading global pharmaceutical client, require and experience IT Applications, Project Manager for a long-term contract based in the Antwerp area.
Primary Tasks and responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day project management and co-ordination activities to ensure the agreed IT result is delivered on time and within the agreed budget and quality. This in accordance with the appropriate systems delivery frameworks and methodologies and tools used, ensuring integration across the different work streams/delivery partners
- Follow-up an report out on the IT delivery activities while maintaining the integrated IT-project plan
- Track, schedule and manage risks & issues to ensure commitment dates and project deliverables are met
- Assist the business in developing risk mitigation strategies
- Participate in change "go/no go" decisions
Methodology/Certification requirements:
- University/Master degree or equivalent through experience
- Certification or qualification in project management methodologies ( PMI, Prince 2, .) is a plus. Hands-on with MS Project server is required.
