Roles and responsibilities:
- Network Insight: insight into the new service, MBB user experience and network, discover network bottlenecks and pain points, and then find the market opportunities and threats;
- Network planning: referring networking standard to establish planning target, customize wireless solutions, iterate network planning, and achieve the user experience enhancement;
- Network, business consulting: based on the new services, new technologies and new scenes to build new consulting topics
- Responsible for company-level major projects all technologies of wireless network planning, outputting planning program to provide high-level customer network construction consulting
- Deep insight into the network characteristics and trends, insight into the impact of new services (e.g. AR/VR) on the network, develop the mid or long-term strategies which can affect customer strategy, and guide the future 3 - 5 years of network evolution, output the mid or long-term network evolution planning, and help customers planning the budget
Qualifications:
- At least 15 years of experience in wireless network planning and optimization, wireless networking solutions design, wireless network consulting and new business consulting; with more than 10 large-scale cross-product or cross-area project planning, consulting experience.
- With a deep theoretical and technical knowledge in Radio Access, including GSM / UMTS / LTE FDD + TDD. (Outstanding business consulting capability may reduce wireless technology requirements, the basic theory and techniques to master the radio.)
- Adapt to the global business trip
- Fluency in English
