Solution Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Solution Sales Manager to join their business in Belgium.

Responsibilities:
- According to the development strategy of operator, identify challenges of operators’ network, conduct network consulting, giving clear advices on how the network should be adjusted and planned in a consultative manner, and ensure achievement of company business goal. Well qualified candidate who even can influence the strategy of operators is highly expected.
- Participate in company top projects as leader or core member, promoting IP Video solutions, providing network development recommendation or technical expertise support for customers, and make presentations to CTO/CIO/CFO level customers.
- Be able to establish and maintain a strong connection with C-level customer, participate in C-level customer presentations/speeches through high-level forum, project workshop etc.
- Act as the contact person interacting with video product line units, account manager and other frontline teams. Be able to recommend and influence product development both from a commercial and technical perspective. Providing in depth market analysis to enable product line to plan product roadmap according to market requirements
- Co-ordinate and provide all video Product and solution related updates and training to Frontline staff as required.

Qualifications:
- Industry trend knowledge: in-depth foundation about IP video industry trend and be familiar with the video technology evolution roadmap.
- Telecom network knowledge: knowledge of video telecom equipments and video network infrastructure elements and be an expert in eMBMS, IPTV (client and platform, services), cable TV, IP bearer and transmission network. Be familiar with terminal, BSS (Business Support System) is highly expected.
- Network planning capability
- Solution Architecture design: extensive experience in solution development and video network architecture design.
- Work experience: 15 years or more in the industry of communication, preferable with the world leading operator’s/supplier’s network strategy or planning experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English/French/Dutch.
