About our client
Our Client is a global company with operations centers in more than 80 countries.
This contract opportunity offers you being part of a global transition and transformation programme. Krakow and Zurich are main locations.
Your mission
You will work closely with business (IT and Operations) to help them go through change in terms of workforce ensuring and allocation, capacity planning, resource management etc.
Your background
- Previous hands-on experience in workforce management: planning, allocation, ensuring
- Experience working in a global environment, global IT projects exposure
- Previous exposure on transformation initiatives
- Experience managing senior stakeholders as well as vendor's liaison (agencies, contractors suppliers)
- Fluency in English
