A leading London Agency are looking for a Conversion Rate Optimisation Account Director to come in and work their most prestigious Accounts and lead the team.
This role is a wide ranging position where you will be responsible for your own team, working with the highest grade clients and also disseminating the best CRO practices within the department.
You will be required to:
- Be able to optimise existing pages and also to create best practice for pre-testing new pages
- Analyse and evaluate A/B tests, reporting on results and recommending next steps to clients
- Educate the team and wider department in the overall philosophy and technical intricacies of overall CRO developments
To Succeed in this role you will need the following experience:
- Extensive experience within a data-driven marketing role
- Full agency background and the ability to juggle competing client demands
- Client facing and team management credentials
