Financial Services Supervisor (NHS) - 6 months - London - £210 per day
I am Looking for a Band 7 with good Excel spreadsheet skills (advanced VLookups, Macros, Filtering) and good written English skills. They will be Supervising a team of AR and AP staff in the London office (8 people) and an AP team of 4 (based in Basildon). Fortnightly travel to Basildon is desirable. AP function to be supervised is mainly daily BACS and Cheque payment runs, and some unpaid non PO invoice analyses. AR team consists of 2 people based in the London office. AR function is primarily debt chasing and collection, allocating unallocated cash (notified by NHS SBS) and raising income invoices. At the end of every month a detailed line by line debtors report is prepared, with up to date chasing/
dispute comments covering 12 CCGs. Twice monthly debt analysis reports are prepared for Senior team and Business Units to facilitate and monitor prompt billing and debt payment by customers by the Business Units.
Needs to be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines set by SARs auditors, and manage staff.
