Customer Services Advisor - Debt recovery/call centre/high volume
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Duration: 6 months
Rate: £7 - £10 p/hr
Job type: Contract

The Job:
Morson International is actively seeking to recruit a Customer Services Advisor for a contract role with one of our high profile Clients based in Crawley, West Sussex.

Experience
A confident telephone manner with the ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls in a busy contact centre environment
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work calmly under pressure and be polite and patient
Ability to work in an extremely fast paced constantly changing environment
Collections experience
Be a confident, assertive, self-motivated and an enthusiastic team player
Strong problem solving, communication & negotiation skills

Complaint handling experience
Previous experience in Debt/Credit Collections/Debt Recovery/Negotiating payment plans desirable however we will consider those with experience in providing excellent customer service.
