FM Commercial/Procurement Manager - Public Sector
My client is looking to recruit a FM Commercial/Procurement Manageron an initial 3-month basis to lead a procurement FM End to End Integrator process. The individual will be expected to work collaboratively with the Contractor & Crown Commercial Services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the E2E process for the FM Integrator service
Develop contract and service specification meeting the needs of the client.
Develop cost models, KPI's, SLA'S and payment mechanism.
Ensure Best Value for the client.
Essentials:
Facilities Management experience - particularly around delivering procurements and subcontracts under Public Contracts Regulation 2015.
Experience and knowledge of the FM NEC3 and JCT contract forms.
Experience working in Public Sector.
OJEU Procurement and FM Assurance framework.
Management of FM procurement services and contract management.
