*Senior Valuer - Contract - Up to £550 - Regeneration - Local Authority - 6 months - North/East London Area - Immediate Start*
I am currently working with a local authority that require a Senior Valuer to work in the Capital Programmes and Regeneration Department. The ideal Valuer must have experience working on complex development agreements, development transactions and regeneration projects. They must be a chartered surveyor and thus be RICS certified aswell as understand the legal side of these projects.
The ideal candidate must have;
- RICS Certified
- Valuation Experience
- Regeneration Experience
- Worked on Complex Development Agreements
- Great Stakeholder Engagement
- Good Communication
