Compliance Manager (Service Quality)We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading care home group, for a Compliance Manager to join their professional healthcare team in the Dorset area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To plan, co-ordinate, and implement the quality management and quality improvement guidelines to the care homes to ensure that the homes are ready for a CQC inspection in each of the core areas.
- To monitor, audit, and provide assistance with the quality assurance and compliance
- To prepare and present reports to the directors
- To conduct or direct the internal investigation of compliance issues – prepare action plans to address shortfalls, maintain improvements, review progress
- To ensure our residents are receiving the highest level of care
- To ensure quality assurance policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include relevant regulatory changes
- To have an understanding of all regulations, practices, and procedures within the care sector
- To utilise experience and judgement to improve quality throughout our homes
- To work to ensure that each of our homes not only meets but exceeds the CQC minimum standards
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ideally qualified to Level 4 or 5 in Health & Social Care
- An excellent communicator who can engage with stakeholders
- Able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of current care legislation/care standards
- Ability to work with CQC independently and confidently
