Capacity Planning Lead, Contact Centre, £450 p/d, January Start, Northampton
We are working on behalf of a large leading global financial services institution based in Northampton to recruit a Capacity and Operational Resource Lead. You will come from a capacity planning background within a large contact centre environment. This will represent an excellent opportunity to join a market leading company where you will play a key role in shaping a fast-paced service department.
Have you worked within a busy call/contact centre? Do you have proven organisational and planning skills with the ability to work under pressure?
In this varied role you will lead the smooth and efficient running of the contact centre. It is a crucial requirement that will map current resources and model future requirements to meet SLA's whilst maintaining high standards in line with client demands.
The ideal person will have successfully run a large fast-paced contact service function that includes Real Time scheduling and forecasting future resources all whilst maintaining relationships with stakeholders internally and externally.
You'll be proactive, an effective multitasker with good problem solving skills and strong communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a call or contact centre
- Capacity Planning experience
- Operational Resource Planning experience
- Rota Planning
- Solid experience in motivation and driving a team to success
- Be able to priorities
- Report and analyse business critical statistics
- Experience of leading large teams
