2 Request Management Analysts are required to join this major UK banking group in January 2017.

The successful candidates will have had previous experience within a busy office environment and have the following skills.

  • An excellent understanding of Microsoft Office applications Project, Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
  • Excellent customer service
  • Good communication both written and verbal
  • User Access Request experience would be advantageous
  • A willingness to learn as full training will be provided

Initially a 3 month contract reverting to a rolling 6 month contract for future engagements.
