Position Title: Senior Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:
- Drafting and reviewing official documents, advising on a variety of matters and ensuring the legal compliance of the company’s activities
- Dealing with corporate issues and monitoring/ensuring the compliance with the company’s internal policy related to legal issues
- Maintaining the relationship with the official authorities and obtaining the necessary certificates
- Supporting HR Department with respect to labour law issues and providing overall legal support and coordinating with external law firms
- Doing research to EU laws and regulations, directives. etc. (focusing on the antitrust, countervailing and competition legal issues)
- Liaising with customers with respect to all legal practice areas such as telecom law, IPR law, IT law, contract law, company law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, etc.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as Senior Legal Counsel in a national/international company or as a lawyer in a law firm
- Minimum of Bachelor degree in Law; up to date with EU laws and regulations
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal) and Dutch
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills together with a strong commercial sense
