Senior Sales Manager

Manning Global’s Client is the world's largest telecommunication vendor, serving one third of the world's population in 170 countries. Dedicated to innovation and continuously pushing the boundaries of ICT, they are developing networks, solutions and devices to connect systems, businesses, cities, societies and people around the globe. We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Manager to join their business in Belgium.

Responsibilities:
- Working closely the Key Account to strengthen the relation with key stakeholders
- Improve the in-account presence and awareness of company's products and increase the share in the assigned account
- Manage and control the full sales channel of the assigned account as well as sales planning
- Translate general strategy and marketing approach into a customised account strategy
- Develop sell-out programs for the account including full sell-out and portfolio planning
- Work with marketing department on development and implementation of channel activities (incentive programs, training, etc.)

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in sales roles; 3+ years experience in managing Strategic accounts
- Strong sales and customer focus; sales experience in telecom or in consumer electronics preferred
- Results-driven professional with Bachelor/Master degree in marketing, business management or economics
- Strong interpersonal skills, creative approach to problem solving, customer focus and strong ability to communicate with all channel actors
- Trilingual English/French/Dutch
