Description:
- Quality Engineer with focus on complaint handling and post market surveillance activities.
- Evaluate and resolve complaints, initiate CAPAs, analyze complaint data, gather additional data as needed, and provide feedback to the development and manufacturing teams on potential product improvements, product defects, and safety evaluations.
- Train internal personnel in QA program requirements. Prepare monthly QA status reports. Participate in customer and regulatory agency audits.
Experience:
- 3-5 years professional experience.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent unless otherwise specified.
