We are currently recruiting for a Cutover Manager (BSS) to join their business in Ecuador.

Responsibilities:
- BSS Transformation Project cutover implementation lead; planning cutover activities, defining and leading on the cutover strategy with support by other teams
- Cutover Strategy definition and agreement with the customer (interacting with management levels), according to the project scope and business needs
- Act as SPOC on behalf of Migration team; ensure that analysis, planning and execution of migration activities match project quality standards and overall project agreements
- Ensure customer’s business readiness, guiding and leading the customer towards this objective
- Detail plan for friendly user implementation and cutover steps
- Cut over rehearsal (dry-run) detailed planning (run-book design) and execution
- Leading on the cutover preparation, execution and immediate aftercare
- Execute Quality Assurance and Risk Management Strategy
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in BSS telecommunication background and 5+ years hands on BSS/IT transformation project experience
- Previously held a cutover manager/migration manager/project manager position (several years of cutover experience in the BSS domain is essential)
- Telecom Business Process Framework Knowledge (eTOM is desirable)
- Excellent Project Management skills and qualifications; ITIL Framework knowledge (ITSM)
- Persuasive team leader with good communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English and Spanish
