Fraud Analyst
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as a Fraud Analyst. You will be responsible for a variety of duties related to credit and fraud operations. Your duties will include identifying unusual transaction patterns on customer accounts and looking at different data points to identify discrepancies. Once you establish an error you will escalate for resolution to a Sr. Analyst. We seek a candidate that takes ownership of their work and is able to work in a team environment. You must feel comfortable on the phone as you will receive and average of 10 inbound customer calls per day.
This is a two month contract with the possibility of extension in Norcross, Georgia. The work hours will be Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 5:00pm.
