Description
My client, an organisation based on the South Coast of England, is currently recruiting for 2 Procurement Specialist roles for an initial 3 month period. The ideal candidate will have Procurement experience, ideally within the Healthcare or Public Sector sector and possess or be working towards a CIPS qualification.
Key Skills/Experience
- Demonstrable expertise within Contract Management
- Demonstrable knowledge of EU Law
- Experience within Clinical or Non- Clinical specialisms and OJEU knowledge is desirable
- A proven background in identifying and making cost savings across various categories
- Experience of managing complex tenders and producing the appropriate documentation
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Knowledge of procurement systems
- Posseses or working towards a CIPS qualification
