Position Title: Spare Parts Services Business Consultant

Responsibilities:
- Conduct practice research of Spare Parts Services business (including Spare Parts Planning) within the enterprise market.
- Design business plan for Enterprise GSC (Global Share Center) Spare Parts and plan business capabilities (competencies) for remote delivery platform, logistics system and spare parts planning system.
- Participate in design of the key business gaps related to current Spare Parts Services (including Spare Parts Planning).
- Guide the efficient Spare Parts Services (including Spare Parts Planning) business operations.
Qualifications/Skills Required:
- Over 15 years of working experience in the ICT industry, including 5 years of work experience with consulting companies on researching Spare Parts Services creating business plans for Spare Parts.
- Well familiar with the Spare Parts Service and Spare Parts business planning of Cisco, HP or IBM - familiar with Spare Parts business operations and management.
- Proficient with the business planning, business design methodologies, and able to guide business operations and operational management/excellence.
- Fluent English.
