Merger, Acquisition and Integration consultant

A merger, acquisition and integration consultant is required by a global Insurance broker to work closely with the business to identify and target specific opportunities. This person will need to be able to work closely with the companies chosen consultancy to identify and execute.

Key Deliverables

  • Work closely with a 'big 4' partner across four pillars:
  • Target identification and screening
  • Due Diligence
  • Execution of Integration
  • This will be across UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland, Nordics and Ireland

Key Experience

  • Solid and proven experience across the 3 pillars above. It is not enough to purely Execute.
  • Strong previous experience of partnering with/working with Big 4 methodologies
  • Big 4 Consultancy background is ideal
  • First and foremost, the ideal candidate will be business focused not IT.
  • Experience working across all functions ie Finance/IT/Operations
