Description
Our client is undertaking a major business transformation programme, centred on an implementation of Oracle E-business Suite across all major Back Office functions.
They require a Communications Manager to define and deliver an internal communications strategy for the delivery of this programme.
Definition and delivery of programme communications strategy and plan for the programme, working with the Change Team across the impacted business units. Developing a strong internal communication capability through a communications network and toolkit. Support the Programme Director and senior management team with programme and Executive communications.
Develop and deliver the agreed ERP Programme communications strategy and plan Manage the agreed stakeholder plan Lead the Communication network across the impacted business areas. Monitor the effectiveness of communications Ensure alignment of communications with other strategic programmes Develop and deploy the Programme Communications Toolkit Manage the ERP Programme and Executive communications
