Director Business Unit CNS / Specialty Products (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Plan, organize and manage sales and marketing activities and lead the BU organization with full accountability to deliver the annual budget expectation and responsibility for strategic planning
- Develop clear brand strategies for various departments (Medical, Sales, Marketing, Market Access), meeting customer needs that are fulfilled through tactical implementation
- Undertake brand planning in line with the clients´ process, ensuring all critical factors are taken into account and that both strategic and tactical plans are reviewed by senior management prior to approval
- Develop strong links to Europe, the global organization and partner organizations to ensure alignment and develop an understanding of the market challenges and progress
- Prepare launch plans for Alpine region (Switzerland and Austria)
- Incorporate all market access opportunities into the marketing mix
Your qualifications
- University degree in health sciences, pharmacy or similar. postgraduate in sales/marketing are beneficial
- Profound experience in working in the described position at an innovative pharmaceuticals company, including profound experience working as a scientific clinical field sales representative and in marketing
- Medical knowledge is of advantage, especially in Internal Medicine/CNS
- Leadership skills, entrepreneurial in approach, strong team player, strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, ability to succeed in a highly results driven environment
- Excellent personal manner, communication skills, organizational ability and customer focus
- German on native speaker level, fluency in English, fluency in French
