Service Desk Agent - Galway, Ireland
We are currently seeking an experienced French Speaking Customer Service Desk Agent to work with our major blue chip client located in Galway, Ireland.
Fluency in French language (spoken and written) is essential
The prime tasks for the Customer Services Desk Agent are:
- Resolve queries from Customers and SLMS Sales Offices in relation to pricing, licensing, order fulfilment and invoicing. Logging of all queries in query database to ensure 100% traceability of queries.
- Processing of orders received from both Customers and Sales
- Manage customer reporting.
- Manage daily activity workload to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment to customers and SLMS business sponsors are consistently achieved.
- Any other duties as required.
Requirements: Competencies, Experience & Education
- 3rd level qualification desirable.
- Fluency in French language (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional attitude with strong work ethic.
- Fluency in any other European languages desirable (spoken and written)
- Excellent analytical & PC skills (Windows Operating System, Excel, Outlook, Powepoint, Word)
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer Services experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
